The Location
Cocoa Beach is located on Florida's "Space Coast" -- about midway up the east coast, near Cape Canaveral. It is ideally situated to take advantage of all that Florida has to offer. The Harbor Club's waterfront location on the Banana River makes it a paradise for water sports (including some of the best fishing in the country), but it's also just a 5-minute walk to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.
The Space Coast has the closest beaches to Orlando. Just an hour away from Disney World and Universal Studios, families can combine a beach vacation with time at the theme parks.

The Resort
The Harbor Club provides all the benefits of a luxury resort with a sparkling lap pool, extravagant club area and spa, and 24-hour concierge services.

The Residences
Each of the 19 residences at the Harbor Club have beautiful, panoramic views of the water. Spacious, open and comfortable, the residences were designed by award-winning designer Louis Pecci. The Opportunity
A 1/12 share of ownership in the Harbor Club guarantees 28 days of usage. The flexibility of their Use Plan allows these days to be used individually so you don't have to use a full week at a time. A model will be available for viewing starting in mid-July and the Club is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in September. Pricing starts in the low $100,000s.
